    What are the rules?
The rules can be found on the rules page. The commissioner determines the rules. If you need clarification of any of the rules, contact the contest commissioner.

What browsers are compatible with the website?
Internet Explorer 6+, Mozilla Firefox 1.5+, Opera 8+, Netscape 7+, Safari 2+. Support for other browsers is possible but not verified. The "Export" to Excel function does not work in IE5.5 or IE6. Javascript must be enabled on your browser for many pages of the website including the picksheet.

How do I print the standings or other pages?
Click the small "Printer" icon at the top of the page that you want to print. The printout requires that you enable "pop up windows" in your browser.

My Login ID from last year does not work.
Login IDs from last year are no longer valid. You must sign up for this year's website even if you were in this same contest last year. Before logging in for the first time, you must first signup to participate by clicking the "Signup" link at the top and bottom of the website.

What is the "Stay Logged In" box?
The "Stay Logged In" box appears next to the Login ID and password spaces at the top of the website. If the "Stay Logged In" box is checked when you login, you will remain logged in to the website on that computer until you click the "Logout" button. This is a security risk, so only check the "Stay Logged In" box when you are the only person with access to your computer. In particular, never check the "Stay Logged In" button when logging in from a public computer.

The "Stay Logged In" button doesn't work.
The "Stay Logged In" button must be enabled in your member profile in order for it to work. Also, your browser must be set to allow "cookies" in order for the "Stay Logged In" feature to work. Refer to your browser "Help" or "Settings" to enable cookies.

How do I add a picksheet and make or edit my picks?
You must be logged in to the website to add a picksheet or make picks. Click the "Add Picksheet" link in the menu and follow the instructions. If there is no "Add Picksheet" link in the menu, look for a link on the HOME page. If you still cannot find a "Add Picksheet" link, then check the rules page to see if there is a limit to the number of picksheets you are allowed. Once added, your picksheets will be listed on the website HOME page. To make your picks, click the "Edit" button next to the picksheet name in the list. Be sure to always click the "Save" button when you are finished editing your picksheet. If the "Edit" button is not present, then the deadline to make or change your picks has passed. Check the "Rules" page for information on the deadline.

If I want more than 1 picksheet, do I need to signup more than once?
The rules allow only one picksheet per person. You are not allowed to submit multiple picksheets by signing up more than once.

Can I have an email sent to me to remind me to make my picks?
Yes. The reminder setting can be found in your Member Profile. You will receive an email reminder every day until you fill out and save your picksheet at least once.

How do I change my member profile (name, address, email, etc.)?
To change your member profile, you must first be logged in to the contest website. Click "Member Profile" in the top-right corner of the website or select "My Member Profile" in the "Reports" menu. After making changes to your profile, click the "Save" button. Some information can only be modified by the commissioner.

How do I change my Login ID or password?
The login ID that is used for logging in to the website cannot be changed. This is required to maintain consistency as the game progresses. To change your login password, you must first be logged in to the website. Then, click "Member Profile" in the top-right corner of the website and enter a new password. Then, click the "Save" button.

How do I contact the commissioner?
See the contact page for information.

How can I get technical support?
    Visit sportsfan.com for technical support.

Who can I contact about advertising on the website?
Any advertisements displayed on private contest websites have been placed there by the commissioner so please contact the commissioner for more information.
